1a.) Econômico - Perda Zero
Como esse sistema é pré-fabricado por elementos que podem ser cortados e reaproveitados no caso de diferenças (perfis, parafusos e placas) a perda é irrisória, aproximando-se muito a zero.

2a.) Melhor Resistência Estrutural
Os perfis estruturais são bastante finos e leves, pois o que dá resistência e capacidade de suporte de cargas ao sistema é o conjunto. Isso resulta na melhor eficiência da resistência dos perfis e menor peso real da estrutura, comparativamente a estruturas de concreto armado e de estrutura metálica convencional. Outro resultado prático desse fato é que o preço final é menor, pois aço é comprado baseado em peso total.

O sistema é todo pré-fabricado e desenvolvido em fábrica, o que resulta em uma montagem de elementos leves, que não necessita de equipamentos pesados no canteiro, e que evolui de maneira muito acelerada. Os elementos como paredes, vigas, tesouras, podem ser pré-montados em fábrica. A execução pode ser concluída em 30% do tempo total de uma construção convencional.

This pre-cast system is designed and manufactured at the manufacturer plant, what lead to an assembling at the wroksite with light elements, there isn't necessary heavy machinery at the worksite, and also develop in a very accelerated time. The elements such as walls, joists, beams, roof trusses, can also be previously assembled at the manufacturers plant, leading to an assembling at the wroksite in a 30% of the total time comparing with a conventional building system.)
4a.) Totalmente aparafusada
Todos elementos e a ligação entre eles são aprafusadas, o que elimina possíveis pontos de início de corrosão, muito comuns em estrutura metálica convencional. Muito menos manutenção.

All elements and the connections between them are screwed, what eliminate corrosion initial points, very common in conventional steel structures. Much less maintenance services are needed.)
5a.) Fácil Transporte
Estruturas leves e planejadas para o transporte disponível no local resulta num menor custo de logística de frete e ausência de caminhões munck ou guindastes. O Custo fica bastante reduzido.

6a.) Resistente a cupins e fugos
Por tratar-se de perfis metálicos galvanizados não há incidência nem de cupins nem de fungos. O resultado disso é manutenção zero quanto a esse fator.

7a. Melhor resistência ao fogo
Os materiais utilizados não são combustíveis e tampouco o transmitem. Na verdade os perfis contribuem para a extinção do fogo na edificação. Por serem elementos metálicos, as descargas por raios são dissipadas e também não ocasionam incêndios.
